Who is behind this
Benito Rojas Philippi
Quproc is a one-person management-control practice. The same person maps the sources, builds the model and answers the email.
Where the method comes from
Over ten years in commercial processes, operational management, after-sales and management control, across industries that look nothing like each other: mining, agribusiness, aquaculture, healthcare, energy and professional services. That mix is what explains the product. Once you structure data from six different industries, what becomes visible is that the underlying problem is the same in all of them.
What it means that it is one person
It means there is no commercial layer between the person who sells and the person who builds: whatever is promised in a meeting is executed by whoever promised it. It also means an honest capacity limit, which is why the pricing model aims at volume with low tickets rather than long projects.
Work is remote, on Google Workspace, with no infrastructure to install on the client side. How the model works.
What Quproc does not do
It is not a strategy consultancy and it does not hand out recommendations about the client's business. It does not design production processes and it does not replace the people who know them. It does not resell third-party software licences.
What it delivers is one concrete thing: an online dashboard, owned by the company, crossing the operational with the financial over data that company already records, with every figure traceable back to the document behind it. What surfaces once that data is ordered follows from that; it is not a second service.
How a conversation starts
With a real spreadsheet. There is no paid diagnostic and no discovery phase to quote: we look at a file the company already has and show what comes out of it. Prices are published, so there is no need to request a quote to find out what it costs.
