Quproc does not intervene in the production process: it does not design a blast, a concrete pour or a packing line. It puts in order what those processes already record. And once they are in order, something that was not there before appears: a basis for comparison. One unit against another, one month against the previous one, a supplier against its own history. The judgment to decide still belongs to the team that knows the business; what changes is that it now has something to decide with.

Pricing
Four plans. The price depends on how many tables stay connected.
The monthly price is calculated on how many tables end up connected to the dashboard. A table is one set of columns that has to be mapped at the start and kept alive every time the source changes, whether it refreshes hourly or once a year.

Special projects
The modules marked in gold are quoted individually.
They carry a calculation engine of their own, built on the criteria of your operation. Their price is not measured in connected tables, because the work is not in connecting spreadsheets but in modeling the logic that decides. Scope and price are set during the initial discovery.
It is quoted by looking at your data, not at a price list. And it is not a closed catalog: any industry can reach this level once the operation is modeled.
Above 50 Custom starts at US$ 1,250 and includes up to 50 tables. From table 51 onwards, US$ 10 per table is added, with no cap.
How it counts Every table with its own set of columns counts, wherever it lives. Three tables stacked on one sheet are three, because they are three mappings. The same table split by year or by month across several tabs is one. Everything that stays connected counts, however often it refreshes.
Term The plan is set during the initial discovery, looking at how the files actually arrive, and stays fixed for twelve months. On the anniversary both volume and rate are reviewed; in between, nothing changes.
Remote Distance is not a constraint and there is no travel to bill. Discovery, the validation of figures and the reviews all happen online, scheduled in your time zone. The dashboard is a web app: it is opened from wherever the person is.
Setup
Charged once, at the start. It covers the discovery of the sources, the column mapping, the validation of the figures against your own reports and the publication of the dashboard.
It is the only one-off charge. Once the dashboard is up, only the monthly price runs.
What the monthly price includes
- Unlimited users. The plan is not charged per person: the whole team that needs to see the dashboard gets in.
- Loading and refreshing every agreed source.
- Dashboard maintenance when the source spreadsheets change: columns that move, new formats, years that come in.
- Reconciliation checks, so the dashboard totals match your own reports.
- Support by email or WhatsApp during business hours.
Prices are in US dollars, per month and before taxes. Quproc invoices from Chile: international transfer fees, currency conversion and any withholding that applies in your country are on the client's side. Quoted separately: new views, integrations with external systems, developments with custom logic, and multi-site or multi-company operations.
