Where the data comes from
What is already recorded comes in: ERP and accounting, dispatch and shipping, truck and shovel telemetry, hour meters, work orders and the shift supervisor's spreadsheets. Nothing is migrated and no one's system changes.
Site operations and financial results are read on the same axis and in the same period. Cost per ton moved is calculated live against the real cost structure, not against last year's budget.
