Where the data comes from
What is already recorded comes in: farm site and grow-out software, feed and mortality records, the processing plant, accounting and costing, and export invoicing with its destination. Nothing is migrated and no one's system changes.
Biology, finance and environment are read on the same axis and in the same cycle. Margin per kilo is calculated live against the twenty-two real cost categories, not against an industry standard.
