Where the data comes from

What is already recorded comes in: PMS and booking engine, restaurant and bar point of sale, shift spreadsheet, maintenance work orders, energy and water meters, and the guest exit survey. Nothing is migrated and no one changes systems.

The charge on a board or all-inclusive plan is allocated to the department that delivered the service. Food and beverage and excursions stop being cost without revenue, and the margin of the night appears with its room, its channel and its guest.

Alerts that fire on their own

Thresholds configurable by site, room type, channel and department. A contract expiring in forty-five days, a critical supply below seven days of cover, a site NPS below target and overtime rising with occupancy report themselves.

  • CRITICALA service contract expires in forty-five days and a certification enters its renewal window.
  • WARNINGA critical supply below seven days of cover, with overtime rising alongside occupancy.
  • INFOConsumption at 32.3 kWh per guest-night against a target of 30.0, with its cost already attached.

One engine, every industry

What changes between modules is the unit the industry already decides with and the thresholds that trigger its alerts. The calculation layer, the traceability and the delivery are identical. How the model works, in four stages.

This module falls under the same plans as the rest. See plans and pricing.
