Where the data comes from
What is already recorded comes in: tender documents and annexes, the bids exactly as they arrive in PDF, purchasing and contract history, supplier performance evaluation and the risk and compliance records. Nothing is migrated and no one changes systems.
Commercial, risk, operational and governance criteria are read on the same axis and within the same process. Total cost of ownership is computed live against actual service life and the cost of downtime, not against the bid price.
