The views it generates
Overview: the eight numbers that govern and the day's alerts by severity.
Product journey: fifteen stages of the chain, each with its metric and its consumption.
Procurement: OTIF, delay and actual lead time against contracted terms.
Foreign trade: ETA deviation, days in customs, demurrage and storage.
Fleet: availability, fuel efficiency and maintenance cost truck by truck.
Distribution center: fill rate, days of inventory and picking productivity.

Where the data comes from
What is already recorded comes in: ERP and accounting, distribution center WMS, point of sale and shelf inventory, purchase orders, import documents and the replenishment spreadsheets. Nothing is migrated and no one changes systems.
Supplier, distribution center and shelf are read on the same axis and over the same period. Lost sales are computed live on the actual out-of-stock of each category, not on a seasonal assumption.
Alerts that fire on their own
Thresholds configurable by category, store, supplier and distribution center. Out-of-stock above target, OTIF below contracted terms and shrinkage out of range report themselves, within the week.
- CRITICALOut-of-stock at 6.3% against a target of 4.0%, valued as lost sales.
- WARNINGOverdue invoices for CLP 1.80M, above the defined threshold.
- INFOEnergy consumption for the period: 52.62 GWh with its associated cost.
One engine, every industry
What changes between modules is the unit the industry already decides with and the thresholds that trigger its alerts. The calculation layer, the traceability and the delivery are identical. How the model works, in four stages.
This module falls under the same plans as the rest. See plans and pricing.
Send us an out-of-stock report and we will show you what comes out of it.
Thirty minutes are enough to see whether your chain fits the model as it already stands or whether it is worth adjusting to your categories and your store network. No cost, no commitment.
