Industry · Industrial fishing
Industrial fishing: yield per line · energy intensity · certifications
Landing, processing, energy and shipment per plant, with real margin and every figure traceable to its source.
What it measures
Yield per line · energy intensity · certifications.
The views it generates
Overview: revenue, margin, yield and electrical intensity on a wall of ten indicators.
Operations: berthings, waiting time at anchor, unloading rate and silo stock with its days of cover.
Process: output per line, yield against target and capacity utilization.
Fleet: landings, hold utilization and liters of diesel per ton, vessel by vessel.
Raw material: intake by species and origin, freshness on receipt and silo loss.
Quality: batch conformity, lab grade and out-of-spec batches.

Where the data comes from
What is already recorded comes in: landing and unloading reports, silo control, output per line, quality lab, plant meters, the certification register and shipment invoicing. Nothing is migrated and no one changes systems.
Landing, processing, energy and shipment are read on the same axis and over the same period. Margin per ton is computed live against the actual fishmeal and oil yield, not against the theoretical yield.
Alerts that fire on their own
Thresholds configurable by plant, line, vessel and certification. Yield below target, batch conformity out of range and a certification about to expire report themselves, before the audit.
- CRITICALOne expired certification and seven expiring out of 33 active.
- WARNINGBatch conformity at 93.4%, below the 95% target.
- INFOPlant utilization at 83.3% against a target of 85%.
One engine, every industry
What changes between modules is the unit the industry already decides with and the thresholds that trigger its alerts. The calculation layer, the traceability and the delivery are identical. How the model works, in four stages.
This module falls under the same plans as the rest. See plans and pricing.

Thirty minutes are enough to see whether your fishing company fits the model as it already stands or whether it is worth adjusting to your plants and your fleet. No cost, no commitment.
