Enrollment and student path: monthly series, variation by site and enrollment by level with the homeroom teacher.
Academic performance: average by semester, pass rate, at-risk distribution and ranking by subject and class, with SIMCE (Chile's national standardized test).
Attendance: percentage by site and by class, monthly series and critical classes with their share of unexcused absence.
Student support programmes (Chile: PIE, SEP, IVE, ACLE): priority and preferential students, diagnosis, PIE progress and workshops with participation.
Funding and staffing: state subsidy by level, collections by fee type, spend by source and the teacher career ladder (Chile, Law 20,903).
Where the data comes from
What is already recorded comes in: SIGE, the class register, the grading system, the PIE inclusion programme records, collections and the accounting ERP. It feeds on what the school already uses, with no migration and no change of platform.
Attendance, academic performance and financial results are read on the same axis and over the same period. The grade average is weighted by number of assessments, attendance is calculated on student-days and cost per student is measured against live enrollment at close: every figure is weighted by class, it does not average averages.
Alerts that fire on their own
Thresholds configurable by site, level and class. Attendance below 93%, retention below 96%, more than 26 students per teacher, overdue receivables above CLP 10M or a gap above 2% between the class register and the report are flagged on their own, within the semester and not at close.
