Where the data comes from
What is already recorded comes in: case and matter management system, time entry by professional, rates and fee arrangements, billing and collections, and the litigation docket with its deadlines. Nothing is migrated and no one's system is changed.
Hours, fees and collections are read on the same axis and over the same period. The margin of each matter is calculated live against the real hourly cost of each seniority level, not against the list rate.
Alerts that fire on their own
Thresholds configurable by matter, client, practice area and partner. Client concentration above the limit, a court deadline coming due, lock-up stretching out and work in progress above the cap are flagged on their own, before the partners' meeting.
- CRITICALOne client accounts for over 12% of the firm's revenue.
- WARNINGFour deadlines fall due within five days according to the litigation docket.
- INFOWork in progress in one practice area exceeds the cap for the quarter.
One engine, every industry
What changes between modules is the unit the industry already decides with and the thresholds that trigger its alerts. The calculation layer, the traceability and the delivery are identical. How the model works, in four stages.
This module falls under the same plans as the rest. See plans and pricing.
