Demo model

Demo model with public information from the CMF, reproduced citing the source. The indicators are calculated by Quproc on those figures; the official version is the CMF’s. It is information, not investment advice. Companies appear because they are registered with the CMF, not as clients or cases. The web app is in Spanish.

How it is built, in Quproc’s three stages.

01 · MappingWhat each company publishes

The current list of companies registered with the CMF and their IFRS statements: financial position, income and cash flow, consolidated, or separate when there is no consolidated version. Each new period is fetched only when the CMF publishes it, and the Coverage tab shows what has been loaded.

02 · ModelingOne chart of accounts

Each company names its accounts its own way. A dictionary brings them to one name, and the same indicators are calculated on them for every company: margins, return on equity and on assets, leverage, liquidity, capex and cash conversion of profit. Each indicator shows its formula.

03 · SimulationCompare and simulate

The Simulator and Compare tabs work on the same figures already organized: companies side by side, with the same indicators, and each figure opens the line of the financial statement it comes from.

Here they are the companies registered with the CMF. In your group, they are your entities.

It is the same work a group with several legal entities, or a fund with several companies in its portfolio, needs: figures that arrive in different formats, put on one axis and traceable down to the document.
