Demo model · Public data · Environmental assessment

The projects that go through the SEIA, sector by sector.

More than 17,000 projects in energy, fishing and aquaculture, mining, agriculture and real estate that went through Chile’s environmental impact assessment system: what gets approved, where, who is behind it and which permits they need. Built only on public data and open without sign-up.

Demo model

Built exclusively with public information from Chile’s Environmental Impact Assessment System (SEIA). Not affiliated with or endorsed by the SEA. It contains no personal data: project owners who are individuals appear as “Persona natural”. Companies appear because they have projects in the SEIA, not as clients or cases. It is not investment advice. The web app is in Spanish.

Five sectors, one table. Each filter cuts across every view.

The SEIA publishes each project on its own page. Here they all share the same format, ready to filter, compare and open.

More than 17,000 projects

Energy, fishing and aquaculture, mining, agriculture and real estate, with type of submission, status, region, municipality, project type, owner, investment and date. Each project links to its page at the SEA.

Thirteen views, one filter

Region, technology, status, DIA or EIA, project type, permit, year or investment: whatever you filter in one view, or with a click on a chart, applies to all of them.

No personal data

Owners who are individuals appear as “Persona natural”. The app shows no emails, phone numbers or tax IDs.

How it is built, in Quproc’s three stages.

The app is organized in four groups of views: overview, territory, analysis and detail. Behind them are the same three stages Quproc uses inside a company.

01 · MappingWhat is in the SEIA

Every project in the five sectors, downloaded from the e-SEIA and brought into one table: type of submission, status, region and municipality, project type, owner, investment and date. For recently approved projects and those under assessment, the project page and the environmental approval (RCA) are also read: sector permits, environmental consultancy and observations from public agencies.

02 · ModelingWhat gets approved, where and by whom

The overview, territory and analysis views show what is being built, where investment concentrates, how the technology mix has changed, who the owners are and how long the process takes. Each project’s technology is inferred from its name and project type, and the success rate counts approvals over projects that already have a result.

03 · SimulationWhat comes next

Opportunities sorts each project by its moment: under assessment, approved recently with the sector permits ahead, or approved years ago with the RCA close to expiring if works do not start. For those without an RCA yet, it estimates which permits they will need based on approved projects of the same technology. Compare puts up to three regions, technologies or companies side by side.

Here it is the SEIA. In your company, the path is the same.

The sources become your own portfolio of projects, permits and environmental commitments, and the model crosses each one with its status, its deadlines and what is missing.
